- What it shows
Highlights gaps, the empty areas between a bar's close and the next bar's open.
- How it is built
It compares the open of each bar with the previous close and marks the space between them. Gaps that price later trades back through are shown as filled.
Default: Set in the Inputs window.
- How traders read it
- Gaps are watched as areas price may return to.
- A filled gap means price traded back through it.
- Crypto trades round the clock, so gaps are rarer than in stocks.
