Refund Policy

No refunds

All payments for Pro and Premium are final and non-refundable.

Cancel any time

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling means your plan is not renewed. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How payments work

Payments are made in crypto through NOWPayments. Nothing renews automatically, so there is no recurring charge to stop: to extend a plan you pay again.

If a payment goes wrong

If something goes wrong with a payment, such as a wrong amount or a network problem, write to [email protected] or @ggcharts_bot from the Telegram account you pay with, and we will sort it out. Include the date, the amount, the coin and the transaction ID.
