Getting started
What is GG Charts?
Charts built for Telegram: live charts for any symbol on 14 exchanges and Hyperliquid HIP-3, with alerts from @ggcharts_bot. It runs in the browser on desktop and phone.
Do I need an account?
Not to look. Without a log in you can open any market and timeframe, draw, add the built-in indicators and use Replay. Alerts, layouts, GG-Shøt, GG-Osc, the AI assistant and your plan need a log in with Telegram.
How do I log in?
With Telegram. Press Log in on the chart: scan the QR code with your phone or press Open Telegram to reach @ggcharts_bot, then type the code from the bot into Code from the bot and press Log in. Or press a button in the bot that opens the site: it signs you in with one tap.
On my phone the chart opens with Log in with Telegram.
Log in there, or close the window with × to look around without an account. Anything that needs the log in shows a lock.
Which devices does it work on?
Any modern desktop or mobile browser. GG-Shot subscribers can also use the chart inside the GG-Shot mini app in Telegram.
Markets
Which exchanges are covered?
Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid, Coinbase, Kraken, Gate, MEXC, BingX, KuCoin, Crypto.com, Bitstamp, HTX and Upbit. Perpetuals and spot, plus Hyperliquid HIP-3.
Where do prices come from?
From each exchange’s public market data. A Binance chart shows Binance prices, a Bybit chart shows Bybit prices.
What is Hyperliquid HIP-3?
Perpetual contracts on Hyperliquid that track stocks, indices, commodities and currencies. They are perpetuals, not shares. GG Charts has 115 of them.
How much history is there?
As much as the exchange publishes for that market and timeframe.
Alerts
How do alerts reach me?
Through @ggcharts_bot in Telegram, with Open chart and Stop alert under each message. On Pro and Premium you can connect your own Telegram bot instead.
What can an alert watch?
Price, trend lines you draw and indicators. Premium adds multi-condition alerts.
Do alerts expire?
On the date you pick, or never if you choose No expiration.
How do I stop an alert?
Press Stop alert under its message in Telegram, or stop it on the chart. Restart alert brings it back.
How many alerts can I have?
Free 5, Pro 50, Premium 200 active alerts.
My alert did not arrive. What do I check?
Open Alerts, then Log on the chart: every trigger is there with its status, Queued, Sent or Failed. Check that you started @ggcharts_bot and did not block it; /account in the bot shows where your alerts go. Check that the alert is Active, not Stopped or Expired. Still missing: write to support with the symbol, the exchange and the time, see Contact.
Plans and payment
Which plans are there?
Free, Pro at $25 a month or $250 a year, and Premium at $50 a month or $500 a year. Compare them on Pricing.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers all coins, timeframes and exchanges, replay, drawing tools, 5 alerts and 2 charts per screen. It needs a Telegram log in and membership in the t.me/ggshot channel.
I am a Lite VIP member or a GG-Shot subscriber.
Lite VIP members get Pro free while their membership is active. GG-Shot subscribers get Premium.
How do I pay?
On the site, in crypto through NOWPayments. Card payments are coming. Nothing renews by itself: to extend a plan you pay again.
What does a yearly plan cost?
The price of 10 months: $250 for Pro, $500 for Premium.
Can I move from Pro to Premium?
Yes, at any time. The days left on Pro turn into Premium days at the price: 20 days of Pro become 10 days of Premium.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. The plan is simply not renewed and stays active until the end of the paid period. All payments are final and non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
How does inviting a friend work?
You and your friend get 15 days each when the friend first pays for Pro or Premium.
Account and data
Where are my layouts stored?
Cloud layouts are stored in your account when you are logged in. Without an account, in this browser only.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us from the Telegram account you use with GG Charts. See Contact.
What do I send to support?
Your Telegram username, the symbol, the exchange, the timeframe and the time, a screenshot if you have one; for a payment the date, the amount, the coin and the transaction ID. Never a login code, a password, an API key or a seed phrase.
