Privacy Policy

GG Charts is operated by the GG team, makers of GG Shot (ggshot.com) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use GG Charts and why.

What we collect

  • Telegram sign-in: your Telegram user ID, name, username and photo, as Telegram passes them at login.
  • Your chart: layouts, drawings, watchlists, indicator settings and alerts you save, and the log of your alerts' triggers and deliveries.
  • Payments: plan, amount, coin, dates, the transaction ID and the payment status. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments.
  • Chart assistant: what you ask the assistant and its answers, stored with your Telegram ID and IP address.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, request logs and error reports, used for security, limits and fixing bugs, and frame-rate measurements of the chart, stored with your Telegram ID and a hashed IP address.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data and do not run advertising trackers on GG Charts.

Cookies and local storage

A session cookie (HttpOnly) keeps you signed in. Your browser's local storage keeps chart preferences such as the last symbol and timeframe.

Services we rely on

Telegram (sign-in and alerts), NOWPayments (payments), Cloudflare (network), OVH (servers), the exchanges whose market data you open, and OpenRouter, which passes your questions to the chart assistant's AI model from Anthropic. Each receives only what its part of the service needs.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Assistant conversations are kept until you ask us to delete them. Web server logs with IP address and browser type are kept for up to 15 days. Application and error logs are kept for up to 49 days. Chart frame-rate measurements are kept in a file of limited size, and the oldest are deleted as new ones arrive.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or the deletion of your account by writing to us (see Contact). Deleting the account removes your layouts, drawings, alerts and assistant conversations; payment records stay where the law requires.
