Alerts in Telegram
Set an alert on any symbol the chart opens. When it triggers, @ggcharts_bot sends it to Telegram with Open chart and Stop alert under it. Alerts need a Telegram log in.
The message
The market, the condition, the price and the time of the trigger. Open chart opens the same market and timeframe on the site and signs you in with one tap. Stop alert stops it from the message; a stopped alert gets Restart alert instead.

Alerts need a log in
- Without a log in
- Alert on the chart shows a lock and opens Log in with Telegram.
- Log in
- Scan the QR code or press Open Telegram, then enter the code from @ggcharts_bot.
- Then
- Alerts go to the Telegram account you logged in with, or to your own bot on Pro and Premium, up to the number of your plan.
What an alert watches
- Price
- On every market the chart opens, priced by its own exchange: perpetuals by the perpetual, spot by the spot.
- Trend lines
- Trend line, ray, extended line, horizontal line and horizontal ray you draw.
- Indicators
- An indicator line against a value or against another line.
- Multi-condition
- Several conditions in one alert on Premium.

Trigger and expiration
- Trigger
- Only once, once per bar, once per bar close or once per minute.
- Expiration
- A date you pick, or No expiration.
- On the open chart
- A pop-up and a sound as well, if you keep them on.
- In the bot
- /alerts lists your alerts; stop and restart them from the messages.
Trigger, send, deliver
- Triggered
- Our server sees the condition met on the exchange's prices.
- Sent
- The message goes to Telegram right away. The alert log shows each trigger as Queued, Sent or Failed.
- Delivered
- Telegram brings it to your phone. If you stopped or blocked the bot, it cannot arrive, and the log says so.
Export the log as CSV from the Log tab. Delivery depends on Telegram, so do not use alerts as your only risk control.
Alerts per plan
Pro and Premium can also send alerts through your own Telegram bot; Premium adds multi-condition alerts.
