Terms of Service

GG Charts is operated by the GG team, makers of GG Shot (ggshot.com) ("we", "us"). These terms apply to ggcharts.net, the GG Charts web app, @ggcharts_bot and the alerts we send. By using GG Charts you agree to them.

1. The service

GG Charts is charting and alerting software. It shows market data published by exchanges, lets you draw, add indicators, save layouts and receive alerts in Telegram. We do not give investment advice, we are not a broker or an exchange, and we never hold your money or crypto assets.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Telegram. One account is for one person. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use such services where you live. Keep access to your Telegram account safe; actions from your account are treated as yours.

3. Plans and payment

• Free costs nothing and requires membership in the t.me/ggshot channel.
• Pro and Premium are paid plans, for a month or a year, at the prices shown on Pricing at the time of payment. Prices are in US dollars.
• Lite VIP members get Pro and GG-Shot subscribers get Premium while their membership or subscription is active.
• Payments are made in crypto and processed by NOWPayments. Nothing renews automatically: to extend a plan you pay again.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling means the plan is not renewed; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If something goes wrong with a payment, such as a wrong amount or a network problem, write to support and we will sort it out.
• Taxes and the fees of your wallet or exchange are yours.

4. Data and alerts

Market data comes from the exchanges and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Alerts depend on exchange data, our servers and Telegram, and may arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on GG Charts as your only source of information or risk control.

5. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, bulk export or resale of data, signals or charts.
• No attempts to break limits, access other accounts or disrupt the service.
• No sharing of one paid account between several people.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Indicators and content

GG-Osc, GG-Shøt, the GG design and the site content belong to us. Third-party components are listed on Licenses.

7. Liability

GG Charts is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes and ending

We may change the service or these terms; material changes are announced on this page and in @ggcharts_bot before they apply. You can stop using GG Charts and cancel your plan at any time.
